Our mission is to help (High-Risk) Re-entry individuals impacted by incarceration ENTER into the community successfully and self-sustainably. Here at Get Connected, we respond to various needs within the High-Risk Re-entry population. Risks are assessed utilizing a Risk, Needs, & Responsivity Assessment Model. The latter model is utilized in evidence based practices and programming. Reducing Violence & creating awareness of resources to eliminate real-life barriers due to former incarceration is an important Get Connected Vision.

Get Connected to Services

Get Connected services are customized to fit the needs of those impacted by incarceration. Our services include one-on-one Navigator assistance to help a High-Risk individual sift through resources that align with their re-entry plan. Breaking Bread Ministry & Online Support Group

Our Breaking Bread Ministry is the Social Arm to our Breaking Bread online Support Group. We want to ensure all High-Risk individuals impacted by incarceration have what they need to not only survive, but become successful in our community as well. Get Connected believes through breaking bread with High-risk, we are able to reduce Violent Crime.
